Affirmed.

My name is Teo Keong Khim and I was quarter-

master of the 9.9. "Hong Kheng" at the time of the casualty. I took the wheel from 2.0 A.M. on Saturday the 19th July, 1947, until 4.0 A. H. on the same day. I steered only one course and that was 1773. At about 3.55 A.M. I received an order to put the helm hard a port.

The vessel steered well throughout the watch.

Witness:

The foregoing is a true record

of the evidence I have given.

Mark of Teo Keong Khim.

Sd. Shin Chung Sang.

Interpreter.
